Johannes Jäkle

Johannes advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property and IT law.

In particular, he advises with respect to technology transactions involving patent, knowhow, trademark and software licence agreements and represents clients in patent, trademark and copyright litigation.

He also has a broad public law practice with a particular focus on regulated industries. He acts for investors, companies and entities of the public sector in all public law and regulatory matters. His practice has a strong focus on data protection law and technology-related regulation, in particular AI law and cybersecurity law.
