Thomas has a broad public law practice and advises companies, investors and entities of the public sector that face regulatory challenges.
His main areas of expertise in public law are data, telecommunication, media, environmental and energy law. His practice also includes regulatory compliance, including supply chain and ESG compliance, as well as regulatory matters in M&A projects and other corporate transactions.
He represents our clients in administrative proceedings and legal disputes with a public law focus before regulatory authorities, administrative and civil courts. Recent matters include legal and strategic advice concerning data protection incidents, defence in fine proceedings and against damage claims with a regulatory background and advice on EU and national requirements for frequency allocation in the telecommunications sector.
Thomas worked for an international company from the security and defence industry as part of a secondment.
