Roman has a broad public law practice with a particular focus on regulated industries. He acts for investors, companies and entities of the public sector in public law and regulatory matters, including EU and Constitutional Law.

He is representing clients in administrative proceedings and legal disputes in all instances before specialized courts.

He specializes in data protection and foreign trade law.
