Raphael advises on a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on corporate governance, compliance and directors' liabilities issues, as well as corporate reorganisations and M&A transactions.
He has a particular focus on the preparation of shareholders' meetings, capital and other structural measures as well as matters relating to groups of companies.
His practice also covers a broad spectrum of litigation in corporate law.
Raphael is the supervisor of the Legal Tech training programme (‘FUTURE’) at the University of Freiburg.
