Furthermore, he advises a wide spectrum of corporate clients as well as private equity and venture capital funds and other financial investors in M&A projects.
He has a particular focus on the preparation of shareholders' meetings, capital and other structural measures as well as matters relating to groups of companies.
Malte has particular experience in advising companies and bank syndicates in a wide variety of equity capital markets transactions. This covers IPOs (including multiple track transactions), capital increases requiring a prospectus and private placements with admission to trading on a stock exchange, but also issuances of high yield bonds.
Furthermore, Malte has extensive experience within the sports sector, having advised on a wide range of national and international sports law matters and gained in-house experience at a professional German football club.
