Tobias is a partner in the firm's M&A practice group. He focuses on advising clients on M&A, joint venture, co-investment and carve-out transactions, as well as other complex corporate matters. His clients include domestic and international corporates as well as global financial investors.

He is recognized by WirtschaftsWoche as one of Germany's most renowned M&A lawyers (2026) and by Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers as 'One to Watch' for corporate law (2023-2025), M&A (2024-2025), and private equity (2025). He is also included in Tamarindo's Legal Power List (2026).
