Hengeler Mueller advises TUI on Hapag-Lloyd sale

TUI AG has announced the sale of Hapag-Lloyd AG to a consortium of Hamburg businessmen led by Klaus-Michael Kuehne and the City of Hamburg. The enterprise value amounts to 4.45 billion euros.
