Hengeler Mueller advises Ticona on Frankfurt Airport

Ticona GmbH and Fraport AG have signed a Letter of Intent to bring to an end the legal dispute surrounding the construction of a new landing runway and to move Ticona’s Kelsterbach plant to a new location.

Hengeler Mueller is advising Ticona and its parent company Celanese on this matter.
