Hengeler Mueller advises ThyssenKrupp on shipyard deal in Greece

ThyssenKrupp has announced that the contracts for implementing the Framework Agreement signed by the Greek government, ThyssenKrupp and the Abu Dhabi MAR group on 30 September 2010 came into effect on 27 October 2010. The contracts form the basis, inter alia, for the transfer of a 75.1% interest in the Greek shipyard Hellenic Shipyards S.A. to the Abu Dhabi MAR group.
