Hengeler Mueller advises SK Innovation on joint venture with Continental

On 23 July 2012, the South Korean SK Innovation Co., Ltd. has concluded a joint venture agreement with Continental AG and has agreed on a worldwide cooperation for powering electric vehicles. The joint venture comprises the joint development, manufacturing and marketing of Lithium Ion battery pack systems for automotive applications.

Hengeler Mueller advised SK Innovation on this transaction together with Kim & Chang.
