Hengeler Mueller advises Siemens on VDO sale

Siemens AG has announced the sale of its subsidiary Siemens VDO Automotive AG to Continental AG.

Hengeler Mueller has been advising Siemens on the carve-out of the worldwide automotive business onto Siemens VDO Automotive AG, on the sale to Continental AG as well as on the parallel IPO preparations.
