Hengeler Mueller advises Royal Caribbean on joint venture with TUI

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. and TUI AG are launching a joint venture serving the German premium cruise market, to be based in Hamburg. A fast growing fleet under the brand TUI Cruises is to begin service in 2009. The joint venture is still subject to regulatory and board approvals before completion. Royal Caribbean is a leading global cruise vacation company, TUI a leading European tourism and international shipping operator.

Hengeler Mueller is advising Royal Caribbean on this joint venture.
