Hengeler Mueller advises Redknee on acquisition of Orga Systems

Redknee Solutions Inc. (“Redknee”), a leading provider of real-time monetization and subscriber management software, announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Orga Systems for a total cash consideration of EUR 38 m from the insolvency administrator. Orga Systems is a leading software vendor for convergent charging and billing in the telecommunications, utilities and automotive markets.

Hengeler Mueller advised Redknee in an integrated team together with lawyers in India, Italy, Brasil, Argentina and Ukraine.
