Hengeler Mueller advises Rabo Real Estate Group on the sale of PalaisQuartier

Rabo Real Estate Group ("Rabo"), the real estate division of Rabobank with headquarters in the Netherlands, has sold the PalaisQuartier in Frankfurt am Main to funds managed by Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management. ECE is participating in the acquisition with a 10 % stake and will manage the "MyZeil" shopping centre. The PalaisQuartier in the centre of Frankfurt consists in addition to the "MyZeil" shopping centre of the "NEXTOWER" office building, the "Jumeirah Frankfurt" hotel, the reconstructed Thurn und Taxis Palais and a parking garage and comprises of 115,000 square meters of rental space and 1,400 parking units. The adjacent development property "RundschauAreal" was sold to STRABAG Real Estate.
