Hengeler Mueller advises on participation of Perella Weinberg in mfi

Perella Weinberg Real Estate Fund I LP, the European real estate investment arm of financial services firm Perella Weinberg Partners, will acquire a majority stake in mfi management für immobilien AG, a leading developer and operator of large shopping centres in Germany, by way of a capital increase. The agreement signed on 14 August 2010 is subject to certain conditions, including the approval of the responsible cartel authority.
