Hengeler Mueller advises Natixis on the foundation of a German Pfandbrief bank
07. May 2012
Natixis S.A. intends to establish a German Pfandbrief bank. An application for the necessary licence has been made to the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). The Pfandbrief bank shall operate under the name of “Natixis Pfandbriefbank AG”, with its registered office in Frankfurt am Main.
