Hengeler Mueller advises MAN on its offer for Scania

On 18 September 2006, MAN Aktiengesellschaft announced a tender offer for Scania AB. The offer values Scania at EUR 9.6 billion.

MAN is being advised on this transaction by Hengeler Mueller. Hengeler Mueller has been assigned all M&A/Corporate work in this transaction and is coordinating legal advice in Sweden (together with Gernandt & Danielsson) and other jurisdictions.
