Hengeler Mueller advises Madison Industries on acquisition of surface finishing and wear solutions businesses from Kennametal

Chicago-based Madison Industries has acquired the surface finishing and wear solutions businesses from Kennametal Inc., a supplier of advanced material solutions. Within the scope of the transaction, Madison Industries acquired business operations in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, China, India and in the United States of America.

Hengeler Mueller advised Madison Industries on the transaction in an integrated team together with Best Friends law firm BonelliErede (Italy) as well as law firms Paul Hastings (USA) and Homburger (Switzerland).
