Hengeler Mueller advises KKR on sale of DSD

The management of Der Grüne Punkt - Duales System Deutschland GmbH (DSD), supported by a group of private and institutional investors, has purchased DSD from companies associated with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR). The purchase is subject to approval by cartel authorities.
