Hengeler Mueller advises banks on capital increase of Symrise AG

Symrise AG has successfully placed 11.150.000 new shares from authorized capital with institutional investors via an accelerated bookbuilding process. As a result of the transaction, the company receives gross proceeds of around €400m, which shall be used as part of the refinancing of the bridge financing of the planned acquisition of the French Diana-Group. J.P. Morgan Securities plc was mandated as Bookrunner in the placement and COMMERZBANK Aktiengesellschaft as Co-Bookrunner. Rabobank International and SEB act as Co-Manager.
