Hengeler Mueller advises LBBW and Accumulata on Sale of Palais an der Oper

LBBW Immobilien Management GmbH, Stuttgart, and Accumulata Immobilien Development GmbH, München, have sold the Palais an der Oper in Munich to a group of private investors. The Palais an der Oper, which is currently being developed on a site of approximately 4,600 square metres, will comprise retail units, offices, restaurants, doctors’ practices and apartments on approximately 32,000 square metres of gross floor area after completion.
