Viola de Blecourt

Viola's practice covers a broad spectrum of commercial litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. She focuses on contract and corporate law disputes (including post-M&A matters), in particular shareholder and joint venture disputes as well as manager liability claims including D&O matters.

She also advises corporates and investors in all fields of capital markets law and corporate law with a focus on corporate governance, compliance and directors' liabilities issues.

In addition, Viola works with the HM Legal Tech Center on the development and implementation of legal technology processes through the use of a variety of legal tech tools.
