Moritz Bach

Moritz advises companies in handling crises, such as following compliance incidents, a possible breach of duty of directors and officers, accidents or other damage events and in connection with investigations conducted by public prosecutors or other authorities. In such matters, he is responsible for the forensic investigation of facts, co-ordinating multidisciplinary legal advice, strategic stakeholder management and defense against third party claims. 

He also advises on a broad range of corporate matters, on corporate reorganisations and M&A transactions, with particular expertise in the real estate and energy sectors.
