Grigory advises on a broad range of corporate matters, on corporate reorganisations and M&A transactions. His practice also includes capital markets work as well as financing structures in connection with M&A transactions and public takeovers. He also advises a wide spectrum of corporate clients as well as private equity and venture capital funds and other financial investors in M&A projects.

He has a particular focus on the preparation of shareholders' meetings, capital and other structural measures as well as matters relating to groups of companies.

His practice also covers a broad spectrum of litigation in capital markets law and corporate law.

Grigory teaches Civil Law and Economics at the University of Bonn.
