Anja advises domestic and foreign clients in all areas of European and German antitrust law, in particular merger control matters. She specialises in coordinating and reviewing foreign filings.

Her most recent mandates include adidas' sale of Reebok to ABG, the secured Federal Cartel Office approval for Andros' acquisition of Spreewaldkonserve Golßen and KKR's sale of a 25.1% stake in HENSOLDT to Leonardo.
