Hengeler Mueller advises Uponor on acquisition of Delta Systemtechnik and KaMo Group

Uponor Holding GmbH, a German subsidiary company of the Finnish Uponor Group (“Uponor”), has acquired Delta Systemtechnik GmbH (“Delta Systemtechnik”) as well as KaMo Group companies. Sellers are Michael Schmohl, Melanie Kloker, Thomas Geck and novaTEC Elektronik GmbH.

Uponor is a leading international provider of indoor climate and tap water solutions. The companies of KaMo Group, KaMo Verteilersysteme GmbH and KaMo Frischwarmwassersysteme GmbH, develop and distribute systems for local and central heating and domestic hot water preparation as well as system components for the manifold technology used in heating and cooling. Delta Systemtechnik GmbH produces fresh water units for central domestic hot water systems as well as heating transfer stations and components for hot water and heating systems.

Hengeler Mueller advised Uponor on the transaction.
