Hengeler Mueller advises Talanx on first secondary listing of a German company on the Warsaw Stock Exchange

Talanx AG today successfully completed its listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Following its IPO in Germany in 2012, Talanx shares are now also tradable in Warsaw (with a market capitalisation of just under EUR 6.9 bn). Talanx is the first German company with a secondary listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The transaction was carried out by way of a special transaction structure concerning tradability and certification of the shares.

Hengeler Mueller advised Talanx on the listing.
