Hengeler Mueller advises Jesta on acquisition of Fox Mobile

On 22 December 2010, Jesta Group announced the acquisition of Fox Mobile Group from News Corporation. Fox Mobile is a leading global entertainment provider co-headquartered in Berlin (Germany) and Beverly Hills (California). Its consumer brands include among others Jamba, Jamster, Mobizzo and iLove as well as Bitbop, a mobile video service and entertainment platform.

Hengeler Mueller has advised the acquirer together with the Canadian law firm Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP.
