Hengeler Mueller advises Gerber Scientific on FOBA Technologies sale

Gerber Scientific, Inc., a US listed company based in South Windsor/Connecticut, has sold all of its shareholdings in the German and European companies of FOBA Technologies, a laser components manufacturer, to the technology company Danaher. The German Federal Cartel Office has cleared the transaction.
