Hengeler Mueller advises Eurohypo on real estate financing

Eurohypo AG has extended a € 55 m real estate financing to the Anschutz Entertainment Group, one of the world’s largest providers of live entertainment. The loan refinanced the acquisition of the Color Line Arena (multifunctional arena) in Hamburg by Anschutz Entertainment Group, which was completed in October 2007.
