Hengeler Mueller advises Deutsche Bank on Business Objects takeover by SAP

SAP AG has announced the friendly takeover of the French software company Business Objects. The transaction volume amounts to € 4.8 bn.

Hengeler Mueller is advising Deutsche Bank AG on all matters relating to the acquisition finance of the takeover, which is otherwise subject to French law. The Hengeler Mueller team is led by partner Thomas O. Cron and includes partner Johannes Tieves (both Frankfurt).
