Hengeler Mueller advises Cinven on Klöckner Pentaplast sale

The financial investor Cinven has signed an agreement on the sale of Klöckner Pentaplast, a leading manufacturer of rigid plastic films, to Blackstone.

Cinven was advised by Hengeler Mueller in connection with the disposal and by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in relation to debt financing matters and general legal advice.

Back in 2001, Hengeler Mueller and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer had advised Cinven on the acquisition of Klöckner Pentaplast from Klöckner-Werke.
