Hengeler Mueller advises adidas AG on the issue of a convertible bond amounting to EUR 500 m.
The Hengeler Mueller team is led by partner Torsten Busch and includes partner Ralph Defren and associate Andreas Stoll. Hengeler Mueller advised adidas already in the past on the issue of a convertible bond in 2003 as well on its capital increase in 2005.
