Hengeler advises Eurazeo on acquisition of Europcar

Eurazeo has announced its agreement with Volkswagen AG on the acquisition of Europcar. Europcar is valued accordingly at EUR 3.1 billion.

Hengeler Mueller is advising Eurazeo on this transaction in an Integrated Team with the French partner firm Bredin Prat as well as with the partner firms Slaughter and May, Bonelli Erede Pappalardo and Uría Menéndez.
