Hengeler Mueller advises Prosus on investment in instant delivery company Flink

Grocery instant delivery company Flink has raised EUR 200 million from investors. The Series A financing round was led by the Dutch listed investment company Prosus together with other co-investors. In connection with this transaction, Flink has entered into a strategic partnership with the retail group REWE, which is also participating in the financing round.

Hengeler Mueller advised Prosus on the transaction.
