Hengeler Mueller advises investors on acquisition of premium burger chain "Hans im Glück"

An investor group has acquired the burger restaurant chain "Hans im Glück". Investors include Hans Christian Limmer and Dirk Schneider, founders of the franchise "BackWerk".

Hengeler Mueller advises Hans Christian Limmer and Dirk Schneider on the transaction. The team is led by partner Christian Schwandtner and includes partners Gerd Sassenrath and Christian Möller, counsel Alexander Bekier as well as associate Jesco Lindner (all M&A, Düsseldorf).

Hengeler Mueller had already advised Limmer and Schneider on the sale of a majority stake in BackWerk group to EQT.
