Hengeler Mueller advises Blackstone on sale of office building in Frankfurt

Hengeler Mueller provided legal advice to real estate funds managed by Blackstone on the sale of the office building located on Theodor-Stern-Kai 1 in Frankfurt. Purchasers of the property are a real estate fund managed by Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate and a German institutional investor.
