She represents a wide spectrum of corporate clients, private equity and venture capital funds as well as other financial investors in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, and joint ventures.
In this context, her practice also includes advising clients on capital markets law matters and financing structures as well as representing clients in litigation and dispute resolution.
