Maximilian Silm

Max serves as legal counsel to both German and international companies in matters litigated before state courts, in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

His practice focuses on handling contract-law disputes and follow-on damages claims in cartel matters. Max has extensive experience with mass claims and complex technical matters. He advises and represents clients operating in various sectors, such as those where infrastructure, logistics and telecommunications intersect and in the automotive industry.

One of Max's current major matters is, for example, advising and representing an OEM from the commercial vehicle industry in a wide number of follow-on damage claims in several jurisdictions.
