Hengeler Mueller represents William Prym in proceedings to reduce EU cartel fine

On 31 March 2011, the European Commission reduced the fine of EUR 40.5 m imposed on William Prym in the cartel proceedings "fasteners" by EUR 25 m. Thereby, the Commission applied its new guidelines from 10 June 2010 on the so-called Inability to Pay Proceedings.
