Hengeler Mueller advises Pfleiderer on financing package

Pfleiderer AG has reached an agreement with its banks on the conditions of a long-term corporate financing. The financing package amounts to approximately EUR 800 m and comprises a syndicated loan facility, Schuldschein loans and bilateral lines. The financing includes a KfW loan in the amount of EUR 140 m which has been granted out of the German Economy Fund (Wirtschaftsfonds Deutschland).
Hengeler Mueller has advised Pfleiderer AG on this financing.
