Hengeler Mueller advises Linde on the separation of the business division Material Handling

Linde AG, Wiesbaden, has performed a worldwide corporate restructuring of its business division Material Handling. The business division Material Handling has been separated and is now consolidated under the holding company KION Group GmbH with the brand names Linde, STILL and OM.

The Material Handling business with head office in Wiesbaden comprises shareholdings in approx. 30 countries. In 2005, the business division made a turnover of more than € 3.6 billion with about 19,000 employees.

Hengeler Mueller has advised Linde on its corporate restructuring and has co-ordinated the legal work in all jurisdictions concerned.
