Hengeler Mueller advises Deutsche Telekom on outsourcing transaction with D+S europe AG

Deutsche Telekom AG has entered into an outsourcing transaction with D+S europe AG relating to customer care services. In connection with this, D+S europe group is taking over five callcenter sites of Telekom subsidiary Vivento Customer Services GmbH.

Hengeler Mueller advised Deutsche Telekom. The Hengeler Mueller team was led by partner Thomas Meurer (Corporate/M&A, Düsseldorf) and included partner Christian Hoefs (Labour, Frankfurt) as well as associates Christian Bank, Stefan Heutz, Sebastian Lochen and Heike Andrea Schmitz (all Düsseldorf).

Hengeler Mueller has advised on all outsourcing projects relative to Vivento, Deutsche Telekom’s personnel service provider. This has included the transfer of a total of 17 callcenter sites to walter services Holding GmbH and Bertelsmann AG/arvato as well as the sale of Vivento Technical Services GmbH to Nokia Siemens Networks.
