Hengeler Mueller advises Waterland on partnership with GOD

Waterland Private Equity is entering into a partnership with the software developer Gesellschaft für Organisation und Datenverarbeitung mbH (GOD), a leading provider of customised enterprise IT and software solutions, particularly in the segment of complex supply chains and production processes, with seat in Braunschweig and will acquire a majority stake in GOD. As part of a buy & build strategy, GOD's service portfolio will be expanded through targeted acquisitions. The previous owners Igor Krahne, Ralf Holland and Thomas Wolenski will remain significantly invested and will keep their management roles.
