The international airport operator Fraport AG has successfully placed a bond with a total volume of EUR 1.15 billion in two tranches via an innovative offer structure. The first tranche with a volume of EUR 800 million has a term of seven years and a fixed coupon of 1.875 % p.a. The second tranche with a volume of EUR 350 million was issued to increase a bond already issued last year with a fixed coupon of 1.625 % p.a., maturing in July 2024. The bond is one of the biggest unrated Euro corporate emissions ever issued in the capital markets.
