Hengeler Mueller advises banks on refinancing of Sartorius

The life science group Sartorius AG has signed a new EUR 600m revolving credit facility with a bank syndicate. The facility has a term of three years including two one-year extension options and can be drawn in different currencies. BNP Paribas S.A., Commerzbank AG and Unicredit Bank AG were mandated as lead arrangers.

Hengeler Mueller advised the lender side on the transaction. The team included partner Johannes Tieves and associate Tom Shingler (both Financing, Frankfurt).
