Hengeler Mueller advises Waterland portfolio company Hansefit on acquisition of fitbase

Hansefit group, an international corporate fitness services network and a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity, has agreed to acquire fitbase, a provider of digital prevention solutions in the area of workplace health promotion. Through the acquisition, Hansefit is expanding its range of sports and health offerings in the area of corporate health management and strengthening its digital platform. The fitbase founders will remain with Hansefit in leading positions.

Hengeler Mueller advised Hansefit on the transaction.
