Hengeler Mueller advises Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners on sale of stake in offshore windfarm Veja Mate

Copenhagen Infrastructure II K/S, a fund managed by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners K/S, Highland Group Holdings Ltd. and Siemens Project Ventures have sold an 80 percent stake in the offshore windfarm Veja Mate. The 402MW offshore windfarm is located northwest of the North Sea island of Borkum. The buyer is a consortium comprising Commerz Real, wpd invest, KGAL Group and Ingka Group. Siemens Project Ventures will retain a 20 percent stake in the wind farm.
