Funds managed by Accel have, together with other co-investors, invested in the Berlin-based logistics startup company sennder as part of a Series B financing round. As a digital road-freight-forwarder, sennder is connecting shippers with carriers through its proprietary software.

Hengeler Mueller advised Accel on the transaction. The team included partners Jens Wenzel (Berlin), Georg A. Frowein (Frankfurt) (both M&A/Venture Capital), counsel Eckbert Müller (Employment, Frankfurt) as well as associates Clemens Höhn, Fabian Kunkel (both M&A/Venture Capital), Anton O. Petrov (Public Law) and Jan Michael Krusche (IP/IT) (all Berlin).
