Hengeler Mueller advises Waterland on acquisition of Swyx Solutions AG

Private equity investor Waterland has acquired Swyx Solutions (“Swyx”). Swyx is a leading developer and provider of unified communications software solutions. Swyx integrates and connects all communication channels such as voice, instant messaging, video and email with company-relevant process applications. The transaction is subject to approval by the German Federal Cartel Office.
